Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

We offer free shipping worldwide on all products. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days, depending on your location and local postal conditions.

Shipping Confirmation

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties

Vessiusshop.com ships globally. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these fees at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated in more than 12 business days, please contact support@vessiusshop.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
